General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Artjom & Adam.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You can place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button for the products in the shopping cart.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The following languages are available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login area.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added for standard shipping (amount in EUR depending on the order and region).

4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Shipping is the only method of delivery available. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty law applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact conditions can be found next to the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
Important note: The platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. The submission of complaints via the ODR platform will therefore already be discontinued on March 20, 2025.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
